"Released with Conviction" is a multifaceted project for non-profit Center for Employment Opportunities. CEO is an organization that provides services for formerly incarcerated men and women to help reenter into society immediately after being released from prison. Three photographers were asked to spend two and a half months documenting the lives of 9 individuals as they attempt to enter back into normal life. The culmination of the project was a website to showcase the multimedia pieces produced, a snapshot project in which participants of CEO were given disposable cameras and told to document their own lives, and a gallery exhibition held at CultureFix in Manhattan on June 16th, 2011 displaying the three photographer's photos along with photos from the snapshot project. The exhibition has since been displayed at the Mid-Manhattan Public Library, Bronx Public Library, Brooklyn Public Library (Grand Army Plaza), and Flatbush Public Library.
